I am a Customer Success leader with over 19 years in leadership and 7+ years in technology. I owned and operated a successful community management company for 12+ years and then went on to build one of the first Customer Success teams in the HOA industry. I have a passion for streamlining operations and productivity to drive revenue while maintaining high standards for employee and client retention.
